Poppy

Poppy is a two year old Dalmation and Lab mix. Her proud parent is Janice Conine. Janice adopted Poppy from her owners in Lima, Ohio, whom decided she was too much to handle. She shares her home with three other housemates. She is not without her mischievious side. Janice has reported that Poppy jumps the fence at home and has chewed chair cushions.

Poppy became a guest at the Howl-a-Day Inn Doggie Day Care on May 7, 2005. She's a very loving dog. She spends her days here and we love having her as much as she enjoys being here. She's our peacemaker and makes all the new guests feel welcome.

Poppy loves to play and romp with everyone, but her favorite friends are Newman, Lucy Lu, and Maggie. Sometimes I wish she could talk because I could just imagine the things she would say. Poppy has left her paw prints on our hearts and that's why she's our Dog of the Month for June.
